We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This person will be essential to keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Primary responsibilities include:
- work independently to prepare client year end packages;
- e-file tax returns;
- scan and save documents and correspondence to client files;
- send documents to clients; • roll forward, clean up and archive files;
- prepare weekly and monthly reports, send to appropriate groups;
- reception desk relief – know all tasks and duties;
- back up accounts payable and receivable; and
- other general office duties as required.
If you have 1 to 3 years’ administrative experience, consider yourself to be professional, personable, outgoing, an independent and organized person and proficient in Microsoft Office 2016 or higher, please send your resume and cover letter to Heidi Loewen, Human Resource Manager at email@example.com.
