Develop a sale plan:

Prepare the confidential information memorandum:
  • Focused value proposition to buyers.
  • Present the business opportunity, capital structure, market, competitive landscape, customer base, intellectual property, other competitive advantages, human capital, premises and equipment.

Identify and contact buyers:
  • Present general description of the opportunity on a confidential basis.

Negotiate the winning bid:
  • Negotiate winning term sheet.

Manage due diligence:
  • Act as the intermediary between you and the buyer to manage the process.

Close the deal:
  • Manage the process through preparation of legal documents and receipt of proceeds.
