QuickBooks Fundamentals – learn the essentials to properly setting up a company and processing essential daily and monthly transactions.  This full-day class will teach you how to:
•    Set up a QuickBooks company file
•    Set up the Chart of Accounts
•    Set up the Customers and Vendors
•    Set up the Items (the things you sell)
•    Process Sales and receive payments
•    Enter bills and write cheques
•    Reconcile bank accounts
•    Process GST and PST returns
•    Create essential month end reports

This class is ideal for anyone new to QuickBooks and/or the self-taught user who wants to ensure they are getting the maximum benefit from QuickBooks.

Hayley is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a former Intuit National Trainer and Intuit QuickBooks training guide author.  She has been consulting and educating business people in this area and others since 2000.  Hayley is an Associate with Lazer Grant LLP and specializes in business advisory services for small- to medium-sized businesses with a large focus on information technology, business processes and financial reporting.

Our offices and training facility are located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg’s famous Exchange District, in the Earn Building at 309 McDermot Avenue.  This heritage building boasts exposed brick and beam architecture combined with modern décor and state-of-the-art audio and video training equipment.  Our class sizes are intentionally limited to a maximum of 25 participants to enhance the quality of training received.  Parking is easily accessible in the area lots and on the streets.
